The Treatment Process

We employ a multi-stage, comprehensive treatment methodology to ensure the highest standards of water purity, removing suspended solids, dissolved impurities, and biological contaminants.

Stage 1: Pre-Treatment

Raw water passes through Multi-Grade Sand Filters (MGF) to remove suspended solids, dirt, and turbidity. Followed by Activated Carbon Filters (ACF) to eliminate chlorine, odor, and organic impurities.

Stage 2: Chemical Dosing

Precise dosing of antiscalants, pH adjusters, and coagulants using automated skids to prevent membrane fouling and prepare the water for core filtration.

Stage 3: Core Filtration (RO/UF)

Depending on the requirement, water is forced through Ultrafiltration (UF) membranes or High-Rejection Reverse Osmosis (RO) systems to remove dissolved salts and heavy metals.

Stage 4: Post-Treatment

Final polishing using UV Disinfection systems or Ozonators to completely eradicate any residual bacteria or viruses, ensuring 100% safe water.
