System Overview

Engineered for Sustainable Recycling

Effective sewage treatment is essential for sustainable development and regulatory compliance. Our Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) utilize advanced biological treatment processes to treat domestic and industrial wastewater, making it safe for discharge or reuse.

Designed to meet stringent State Pollution Control Board (SPCB) and Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB) norms, our modular systems offer minimal footprint while delivering maximum efficiency for flushing, gardening, and cooling tower applications.

Sewage Treatment System Overview

Advanced Treatment Technology

Our comprehensive STP systems are engineered to process high organic loads reliably. We implement proven methodologies optimized for performance and space constraints.

MBBR / SBR Technology

Highly efficient biological treatment processes for superior effluent quality.

Compact & Odorless

Minimal footprint with advanced, completely enclosed odor control systems.

Automated Operations

PLC-based smart controls require minimal manual intervention or oversight.

High Reusability

Treated water perfectly suitable for flushing, horticulture, or cooling.

The Treatment Process

We deploy a structured, multi-stage treatment methodology that breaks down complex organics and disinfects wastewater effectively and safely.

Stage 1: Primary Treatment

Raw sewage enters via bar screens to remove large solids and plastics, followed by grit chambers to settle out heavy inorganic materials, protecting downstream equipment.

Stage 2: Biological Aeration

Using technologies like MBBR or SBR, customized aeration tanks supply oxygen to microorganisms which rapidly break down and consume dissolved organic matter (BOD/COD).

Stage 3: Clarification & Settling

The treated mixture flows into a tube settler or clarifier where biological sludge settles to the bottom, separating clean, treated water at the top.

Stage 4: Tertiary Treatment & Disinfection

Clear water is filtered through Sand and Carbon filters, then subjected to UV or Chlorine disinfection to eliminate pathogens, making it ready for reuse.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which technology (MBBR vs SBR vs MBR) is right for me?
The ideal technology depends on available land footprint, desired output water quality, and budget. For example, MBR offers the highest purity and smallest footprint but costs more, while MBBR is a great balance of cost and performance. Our experts help you choose during the assessment.
Can we safely reuse the treated water?
Yes. After undergoing our multi-stage biological and tertiary treatments (including disinfection), the output water is perfectly safe and compliant for reuse in toilet flushing, gardening, landscaping, and industrial cooling towers.
Is the plant noisy or smelly during operation?
No. We engineer our STPs with enclosed acoustic blowers to minimize noise. A properly functioning biological system combined with our advanced odor control measures ensures the plant operates without emitting foul smells.
What are the typical maintenance requirements?
Maintenance mainly involves periodic sludge removal (desludging), routine servicing of air blowers and pumps, and replenishing disinfection chemicals. We offer full AMC packages to handle this seamlessly for you.
