System Overview

Engineered for Absolute Accuracy

Chemical dosing is a highly critical component in water treatment, manufacturing, and process industries. Inaccurate dosing can lead to equipment fouling, poor product quality, environmental violations, and significant waste of expensive chemicals.

Eco Serve India’s pre-engineered, skid-mounted dosing systems provide a reliable, automated solution for injecting precise amounts of liquid chemicals into your process stream. Our systems ensure maximum safety, process consistency, and complete regulatory compliance.

Industrial Dosing Skid Equipment

Advanced System Features

Our skids are compactly designed and rigorously tested to deliver optimal dosing performance while minimizing installation time and maintenance efforts.

Accurate Metering

High-quality diaphragm and plunger pumps ensure volumetric precision without under/over-dosing.

Plug & Play

Pre-wired and pre-piped on a single skid frame for fast, hassle-free site installation.

Smart Integration

Easily integrable with existing PLC/SCADA systems for real-time remote monitoring.

Corrosion Resistant

Constructed with specific alloys and polymers (PVC, SS316, PTFE) based on chemical nature.

The Dosing Architecture

A well-engineered dosing skid consists of several integrated components working seamlessly to draw, measure, and inject chemicals into the main flow.

Phase 1: Storage & Preparation

Chemicals are safely stored in integrated day tanks. Motorized agitators ensure homogeneous mixing of powders or highly viscous liquids before they enter the suction line.

Phase 2: Calibration & Safety

The fluid passes through suction strainers to remove particulates. Calibration columns allow operators to verify pump flow rates precisely, while pressure relief valves (PRV) protect the system from over-pressurization.

Phase 3: Precision Pumping

Electronic or motor-driven metering pumps actively draw the chemical. Pulsation dampeners are utilized to smooth out the flow, ensuring continuous and shock-free delivery.

Phase 4: Injection & Mixing

The metered chemical is delivered into the main process line via specialized injection quills. In-line static mixers are often employed downstream to guarantee rapid and complete dispersion.

Frequently Asked Questions

What types of chemicals can these systems dose?
Our skids are designed to safely handle a vast array of chemicals including Acids (HCl, H2SO4), Alkalis (NaOH), Antiscalants, Coagulants (PAC, Alum), Biocides, Chlorine/Sodium Hypochlorite, and highly viscous Polymers. We select the specific pump and piping materials based on the chemical's aggressive nature.
Are the dosing skids customized for our plant?
Yes. While we have standardized designs for common applications, every skid is fundamentally tailored. We adjust pump capacities, skid dimensions, tank sizes, and material compatibility to perfectly match your site requirements and process flow rates.
Do these skids require specialized civil work?
No. The core advantage of a skid-mounted system is its "Plug-and-Play" nature. The entire system—pumps, piping, valves, and control panels—is mounted on a robust, singular frame. You only need a flat, levelled concrete foundation and the necessary electrical/inlet/outlet connections.
Can the skid connect to our central SCADA system?
Absolutely. We can provide skids with advanced local PLC panels that feature standard communication protocols (like Modbus RTU/TCP). This allows seamless integration with your plant's existing DCS or SCADA for remote monitoring and automated flow-proportional dosing.
