Our systems reliably convert standard ambient air or concentrated oxygen into high-purity ozone gas, safely injecting it directly into your process stream.
Ambient air is drawn in and compressed. It then passes through refrigerant dryers and PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) Oxygen Concentrators to ensure the feed gas is pure, dry, and highly concentrated with oxygen (O₂).
The purified oxygen flows through the ozone generator cell. A high-voltage, high-frequency electrical discharge splits the oxygen molecules (O₂), which then recombine to form Ozone (O₃) gas.
The generated ozone gas is aggressively drawn into the main water line using a Venturi Injector. It then passes through a static mixer or contact tank to ensure maximum dissolution and contact time for oxidation.
Any undissolved ozone (off-gas) that collects at the top of the contact tank is safely routed through a heated catalytic ozone destructor, converting it back to harmless oxygen before releasing it into the atmosphere.
